Make damaged walls presentable again
Send photos of the damage and a wider photo of each wall. Let us know whether the surface is plasterboard, timber or masonry, and whether you have matching paint. We confirm the preparation and painting area in your quote.
Holes, dents and localised plasterboard damage
Small repairs can include patching, filling and sanding before painting. The size, depth and location of the damage determine the repair method. Larger damaged sections may need replacement rather than a surface patch.
Wall and ceiling painting
Tell us how many walls or ceilings need work, their approximate size and the existing finish. A full wall repaint may provide a more consistent appearance than a small touch-up, especially where older paint has faded.
Doors, jambs and skirting
Include scuffed trim, damaged door jambs and skirting in your repair list. Where timber is swollen or deteriorated, repairs or replacement may be needed before a new painted finish.
Rental repairs before a new tenancy
Combine suitable painting work with property maintenance and arrange cleaning after dusty work is complete. Include the handover date so availability can be checked.
Common questions
Will a paint touch-up be invisible?
An exact match cannot be guaranteed. Paint age, sheen, texture and light can make a patch visible. Send the paint brand and colour if known; repainting the whole wall may be the better option.
Can you paint over a water-damaged ceiling?
The source of the leak needs to be resolved and the surface assessed before cosmetic repairs. Tell us whether the leak has been fixed and provide photos of staining or damaged plasterboard.
What affects the quote?
The number and size of repairs, surface condition, access, preparation, colour changes and extent of repainting all affect the scope. We confirm inclusions before work is approved.
