J&B Pro-Built is led by Jack Mullins, bringing experience in residential construction, carpentry, renovations and property maintenance to homes across Western Sydney.
We work with homeowners planning improvements, landlords caring for rental properties and property managers coordinating repairs. Whether you have one task or a longer property to-do list, the starting point is a clear conversation about what needs doing.
Building, maintenance and cleaning together
Our cleaning services are coordinated by Brittany and complement our building and maintenance work. You can discuss repairs, outdoor tasks and cleaning through one point of contact, with each part of the job clearly included in the quote.
A clear scope before work begins
Share your property location, photos and preferred timing. We review the work and arrange an inspection where needed, then provide an itemised quote identifying the agreed tasks, price and exclusions. Once approved, we discuss access and scheduling.
If additional work is identified, it is discussed before proceeding. This keeps expectations clear throughout the job.
