Silicone removal and replacement
Identify the edges or joints that need replacing and the preferred colour if known. The repair scope should allow for removal of the affected sealant and preparation of the joint before replacement, rather than simply covering the old silicone.

Can you match my existing grout or silicone?
We can discuss a suitable available colour using photos and a site check where needed. An exact match cannot always be achieved, especially where existing grout has aged or discoloured.
Will new silicone fix a waterproofing problem?
Not necessarily. Silicone replacement addresses the agreed joint; it does not replace a failed waterproofing system. Tell us about any leaks or moisture damage before quoting.
Do I need to provide a spare tile?
If you have matching spares, let us know. When a tile needs replacement, availability and the suitability of the replacement need to be confirmed before work.
